Jamie Stevens has achieved an amazing level of critical and commercial success most only dream of over the course of his three-decade long career. As one of Australia’s most talented and sought-after artists, Jamie has proven his skill in professional sound design, film scoring as well as being a highly in-demand Dj, performer and contemporary electronic music producer.

After Jamie’s international success with live act Infusion, Jamie rose to fame for his solo work with the hugely successful 2013 release on microCastle, “The Wonder of You”, best described by Guy J who gives full respect to this musical offering by describing the track as “one of the greatest musical pieces of all time”. He has since proven prolific and consistent in equal measure, shaped through countless offerings to the electronica world with over 400 production credits to his name.

His desire to deliver an individual experience with each new production means he takes us on a real, unique and unexpected journey with each record he crafts. Releases in recent years include some of dance music’s most revered labels like Anjunadeep, Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream, John Digweed’s Bedrock Records, Music To Die For and Guy J’s Lost and Found among many other labels.

Jamie has risen to be constantly recognised as a Top Five artist on Beatport in his respective genres. He has two ARIA awards under his belt (for work with his Australian live act Infusion, responsible for hits such as “Girls Can Be Cruel”, “Natural” and “Better World”), many production collaborations including John Digweed & Nick Muir, Hernan Cattaneo and Anthony Pappa plus prestigious remixes for some of the world’s most revered artists. 

Jamie has also performed on the grandest of stages; Womb [Tokyo],  Fabric [London], Glastonbury and Coachella  plus other venues in places as far-flung as New York, Singapore, Moscow, Copenhagen and Taipei.  In 2024, Jamie was personally invited to both DJ and perform live opening for Hernan Cattaneo at his flagship Forja event in Argentina to over 20,000 people. In 2025 he played at the Balance Festival in Croatia receiving widespread acclaim for his set.

‘Beginner’s Guide to Floating’, Jamie’s debut solo album, was released in 2025 and saw him exploring soundscapes and cinematic journeys tustled alongside club and mood influenced styles to craft a real journey of an album.
