Enzo Amico’s “Cortona” is his most exciting project yet. His first release, “Foresta”, was snapped up by one of dance music’s hottest underground electronic labels, Music To Die For. His second release, the ‘XTACI EP’ for John Digweed’s legendary Bedrock label, was a club hit across the world.
Next came ‘Space Dust EP’, a big release on the very impressive Dutch label ‘District Recs’, played by Sasha, Digweed and Hernan. Next followed the Systematica EP for the Bedrock follow up which was greatly received so much so it’s being pressed to vinyl and included in the 25 x 25 best of release along with Xtaci.
His third release of the year on Bedrock in December is possibly his best the ‘Speranza EP’ is topping the Beatport charts. 2026 is looking even bigger inc collabs with Nick Stoynoff, Patch Park and Zuccasam amongst others.
As well as these releases, he is getting more and more remix requests. John Digweed commissioned a remix for his Bedrock Futuro compilation and Cortona’s remix of Patch Park ‘Huhu’ was hugely supported.
Also came remixes for Dave Seaman for Selador, Mango Alley, Matter & Demuth. 2025 has prooved to be a big year for Cortona. 2026 already has remixes for Stripped recs, Gai Barone & Tiefstone and Plastic Fantastic lined up to name a few included the long awaited Atlas – Compass Error remix which Sasha & John Digweed have been hammering.
