Lemon8’s breakthrough as a dj came when he was invited to become resident DJ at Nighttown, at the time Holland’s biggest and most influential club, where he held court for over four remarkable years. It was during this era that he also made name as an incredible producer by creating Model8 in 1993, an anthem initially specifically forged for his own crowd that has since become a recognised classic and landmark in both techno and dance music.

This all time classic recently got remastered by the man himself, and to keep it all Dutch, got the remix treat by the likes of both Jaap Ligthart and Around Us. Two different and intriguing takes on Lemon8’s breakthrough classic. Yet another amazing re-release on D:STR:CT with The Inner Sanctuary Sessions remix series coming up. We’ve only just started our exciting collab journey and moving forward this is only getting better.
